I presume that if it gets hot this summer, there will probably be more problems in the run-up to the election. I haven't heard that they've done much to fix the infrastructure.

I remember one California summer when it hit 105 degrees in LA and all I had in my tiny apartment was a fan. Yes you can get by with only a fan. However I was happy to return to my home state of PA with its more moderate weather patterns.

Not much advance on the infrastructure, you are correct. But, the governor has lined us up to 'pay the piper' to keep the lights on this election year.
