Gray Davis makes Jimmy Carter look downright competent. He's the worst Governor California has ever had and after seeing how four years of his famous experience has served this state, it stands to reason it can't survive another four years with this man at its helm. He's really got to go and no amount of pandering to his party's liberal base will save him at the polls come November.
