I am watching the Friday night Wall Street Journal Editorial Board at the moment (CNBC) and they were just talking about the Enron mess. The Editor Robert Bartley said they have gone thru the recently released Enron memos twice now and they see that Enron did try to take advantage of the incentives that the legislature had written into the "deregulation plan".
I think that is acceptable business practice!
Bartley also said that the jury was still out on whether Enron did something wrong in much of the California Power Crisis!
