California:Davis' Oracle deal: Corrupt, or incompetent? Either way, 'Red' Davis should be replaced come November.

How far back does one have to look before running into a more corrupt, despicable, and, yes, incompetent California Governor. Methinks at least the seventeenth century.

There is absolutely no precedent for the level of mismanagement and incompetence "achieved" by Governor Davis in the Cal Power Crisis -- by any governor, in any state.
