Blame it on the mean-spirited Republican administration who will refuse to bail out California; the greedy Enron corporate executives, who screwed the state out of billions of dollars, not to mention their employees (oppressed peoples of color, all); and Bill Simon, of course -- who, it will be discovered is/was a major Enron stockholder, in addition to really being a secret Nazi camp guard, of which Davis himself has exclusive photos. < / sarcasm >
