It's kind of funny to see people getting jacked on their PG&E bill and the liberals telling them paying more is better, especially with the power situation and the PG&E bankruptcy. Utility taxes are definately not a popular idea.
I hope the Republicans in the state legislature axe the car tax. These municipal governments have gotten out of control. With a 2/3 majority vote as leverage, they had better do something.
