Remember the (R) Insurance Commissioner who was forced out because of felonies such as this. Where are the legislatures to do the same for a (D)? They are NOWHERE! The bottom line to this issue on a state basis or on a national basis is that they ALL are crooks. And this government can NOT & will NOT continue in any fashion that was represented by what was present 50 years ago. And it all is perpetrated because there are NO checks & balances with a "TWO-PARTY CARTEL" So keep voting for these jerks & you will assist the slime to get slimier.

Of course, we're not going to see the liberal Democrat majority seek to force the resignation of liberal Democrat Governor Gray Davis. But believe me, Quackenbush's crimes were nothing compared to what Gray Davis has done to the taxpayers. Quackenbush should have been fined ... Davis should go to jail.
