True, but isn't it important that we get this information out? I have had FReepers complain that they think that Simon isn't doing enough to "get" Gray Davis. The press obviously isn't reporting on Simon's events and press conferences and speaking engagements, etc.,etc.

Don't get me wrong ... I think that it's great that Davis is getting all the bad press. But I don't think that it's a big deal that Simon's consultants are pointing out Davis' illegal shenanigans.
