They said state negotiators let Logicon help write internal Davis administration documents vetting and analyzing the contract, even though Logicon was pitching the deal. "The governor feels that the way the contract was made is the problem," said Davis spokesman Steve Maviglio. "The software was good and the contract may be fine, but the manner in which it was crafted certainly deserves scrutiny."

You are right on target here:
They said state negotiators let Logicon help write internal Davis administration documents vetting and analyzing the contract, even though Logicon was pitching the deal. "The governor feels that the way the contract was made is the problem," said Davis spokesman Steve Maviglio. "The software was good and the contract may be fine, but the manner in which it was crafted certainly deserves scrutiny." How much did Logicon Pimps donate to Herr Davis? I believe that is was $50,000!
It was obvious that none of the state's crack DB workers could even write a spec/order justification sheet to justify the purchase of the Whoreacle DB packages.
Howmuch was LogiCon paid to write up these spec sheets? Where they paid with part of that 23 billion $ deficit that Fascist Davis has engineered for us?
