In 2000, Bush most likely won the legal popular vote. I'm bothered how we are so apathetic about guarding our votes and not prosecuting people who commit voter fraud.
Hopefully things are being done under the radar. The Dems have been complaining about the new voter ID systems so some things must be progressing, or they wouldn't be complaining.
