I like Nevada, I thought Oregon for awhile but it has gone loopy as has washington politics wise. Roger that. Baja/Sea of Cortez Mexico is sounding good these days. You can't own property, but what the hey. For $2K/month you can live like royalty. Great fishing. Maybe I'll see you around.
