R's seem to be lying a lot lately. W. said a lot of things, but have done a bunch of other things. Even Rush is having a hard time supporting Bush these days. I didn't vote for socalism. If I wanted to live in a socalist country, I would have voted for Gore.

Politicians act like X because they think X is popular. If the GOP gaines both houses by supporting socialism, they'll still believe (even more so) that socialism = votes. So ... why would they change?
