He's won the primary, so the only way for him to be off the ticket would be for him to step down voluntarily. Even then, I don't know what the mechanism for selecting a replacement would be, or if it's even possible. It's pretty much a moot point; a guy who lusts for office the way Davis clearly does isn't going to do the right thing no matter what, so he'll be on the ballot.

Yes, criminal activity never precluded the Democrats from doing anything... including nominating the criminal.
