I hope Simon can get some mileage out of this.

If he can do it now, why couldn't he have done it then? Because he couldn't see the profit in it, then. Typical Democrat.

Hey Liz, back off. These two clowns er rats are busy taking bribes to keep evil conservatives like you away from Sacramento and winning elections.
They didn't have time to go protect the constitution from an old ACLU/America hater retired judge.
Remember LockiLiar and Herr Davis only take bribes for the chilrun, the gay predators and their dark side voting cults.
So cut them some slack. That evil Simon has a bunch of tv commericials making fun of our favorite Fascist Gov, Grayout Davis. So they don't have time to defend the constitution, and being good rats they hate GOD.
Did the Rat controlled Kali legislature pledge allegiance this morning and demand the scalp of the old drugged out ACLUer who played judge for a day and tried to take God out of our pledges?

They must have run out of quarters for the Coin-Operated Governor. Go Simon Go!

Gray Davis and Attorney General Bill Lockyer failed to defend the Pledge of Allegiance in court. Are you kidding? They probably had a party at the governor's mansion over this one, with the 9th Circuit judges as the guests of honor.

In fact, yesterday he [Davis] called on the Attorney General to file a brief. Has Gray Davis issued a public statement on the Pledge decision yet?
