Notice how none of the left wing fish wraps ever mention that 12 billion surplus if they do mention the run away deficit spending of Herr Davis and his commie rat buds in charge of the California Assembly!

I have a couple of sources that say this deficit will be over 30 billion by the time the election hits. We just won't be told about it until January.

Add the 12 billion surplus that is history to 30+billion in the new deficit, and you can see what uncontrolled Rat/socialist/communist spending can do.
