Davis spokeswoman Hilary McLean responded that the Republicans, who say they oppose tax increases, have not made a reasonable proposal for how to cover the entire $23.6 billion shortfall without taxes.

Keep your eye on the 4 RINOs that "turned" last budget session.

Assemblyman Mike Briggs (Fresno) is being constantly reminded that he sold out last year. I hope the pressure on him is constant and extreme and he is able to maintain his character this time around.
