In four months, Californians will vote on whether to re-elect Gov. Gray Davis. Although he trails Republican Bill Simon by as much as nine points in private polls taken by both parties, the smart money still expects Mr. Davis to use his enormous $50 million campaign war chest to devastate his opponent come this fall. But the campaign's financial assets could be a political liability. If voters believe the governor neglected state problems to focus on raising that money, they may not care what the Davis attack ads say about Mr. Simon.

Not too far off the subject, but, Please, Please, Please, California and West coast Longshoremen, go ahead and strike!

When you do that and put the economy of Hawaii in the dumpster another time, the Democrats (who are already reeling from so many guilty verdicts for corruption across the boards) will once again be shown the detrimental effects of a Socialist/Communist thought and activity process.

Hawaii has been Socialist/Union state for 40 years, and since the faux real estate bubble burst in the mid 1990s, the state's infrastructure and economy has gone steadily downhill.

Every month in Honolulu another water main or sewage main breaks, which ties traffic up for a week.

The only companies in the State of Hawaii who are not looking for work are the "favoured" construction companies, many of which are in the "NO BID" category, for whatever reason only God knows.

And so on and so on and so on....

So, please strike again, Communist inspired West Coast overpaid dock workers. Families of Longshoremen in Hawaii can't wait un till you again screw with their livelihoods.

You won't get it from the top echelon bastards, but there is a growing sense of "I'm getting so tired of this sh*t"...

But hell, your Union Bosses know best, don't they?

An investigation by Bill Lockyer, California's Democratic attorney general, is moving with glacial speed, the local FBI office is in turmoil, and the Bush administration has inexplicably failed to fill the key post of U.S. attorney for the district that includes Sacramento.

Rove and Parsky strike... AGAIN!!!

Third time today.

Rove and Parsky strike... AGAIN!!!

We're gonna say this one more time and we don't want to have to repeat it.
Parsky, keep your grubby, losing RINO hands off of Simon's conservative agenda.

Cali FReeper/Repubs be on the alert. These RINOS hate conservatives with a passion and have been known to surreptitiously work for the Democratic candidate.

Thanks Pokey!

This is very interesting: Gov. Davis was asked years ago by a reporter who his hero in politics was he startled the questioner by quickly answering Alan Cranston, the late senator who was censured by the Senate for his brazen activities on behalf of savings-and-loan villain Charles Keating. Cranston once said his favorite way to spend "leisure time" was to go home, pour himself a stiff drink and make several dozen fund-raising calls.

What the Oracle scandal may bring to light is that the nation's largest state is now indeed being governed by Alan Cranston's political heir. Even more disturbing is that the removal of Dean Florez from his watchdog role may show that the California Democratic Party is being driven by the same desperate desire to cover up the facts that consumed Richard Nixon 30 years ago during the long, hot Watergate summer. Here's hoping someone looks into those state veteran programs that Mr. Florez was interested in.

Ever since I saw Herr Davis for about 15 seconds on the night he won his primary, I have remarked that he was starting to look like the old senator cadaver, Cranston, who died, but his cns system did not realize it for 5 years. So we saw this skinny cadaver of Cranston on tv years after the body had died but his CNS system was not aware of it.

Besides being Mentally Ill, Herr Davis is apparently very physically ill re his appearance that resembles the appearnce of last 5 years of his mentor, Cadaver Cranston.
