Davis is trying to rally his base. There is a Green candidate breathing down his neck. This makes him look pretty to the hard left.

I disagree. I am hoping davis gets defeated. Realistically, I think he'll win by a landslide. California is just that far down the tubes. If you're one of the few conservatives left in kalifornia, I suggest you move to arizona, nevada, oregon, idaho, new mexico or utah. This way you can strengthen the conservative population in those states. Kalifornia's demise could actually strengthen it's neighbors.
