Here it comes , the state is going to suspend payment to many local government units.

Wilson did this in the early 90's.

Yep, good ol' Kalifornia.

My family moved there in the 1880s & I left in the 1990s.

Currently I live in NYC, which is better and worse in its own ways, but I'm planning to leave for Arizona or New Mexico in the near future.

It's really sad what has happened to Kalifornia, once know as the "Golden State", now known as the "Third World State".

Goodbye Kalifornia and good riddance.
