Bravo! This is a MAJOR blow to Governor Davis and his screwed up plan to control California's electricity needs out of his office.

The new price cap isn't the significant issue at all. It's the destruction of Cal ISO's board of commies. Woo Hoo!

Oh God, that would be fun to watch. Just go to the border with NV, OR, and AZ and cut all those lines which provide the lifeblood of electricity to california.

Might as well cut the natural gas pipelines, too, while you're at it babe.

California wouldn't last a week.
