I don't consider him to be too bright but I don't think he's stupid enough to tell anyone that he would entertain such an idea.
$30+million and still fundraising makes you wonder, if he doesn't start the bonzai campaign until September it will be a monmuntal job to spend that much before election day and he's still fundraising every day.
If he thinks he can win and save $10 million for later, I think he'll run for president in 2004..(the little runt!)
