Ooops! I shouldn't have asked. No offense Norm, but this "sand-bagging" theory of yours is rediculous. As Simon's campaign founders and people being to perceive Davis as the winner (remember in politics perception is reality) people's wallets start to close up and this obviously has a negative impact on Simon's campaign.
If this is the strategy they are persuing than they are more incompetent than even I accused them of being.
