boy, sounds like Enron-accounting ... where a "loss" magically becomes a "profit" ... nah, you're not LOSING money, you're SAVING money ... yeah, that's the ticket ... it only LOOKS like it costs more ...

A "good deal" for the state?!

It was a good deal for Logicon, the Reseller of Oracle, their cut was to be 28 millllliiiioooon dollars (in the best Dr Evil voice)
