The quick, dirty way would be to do a PRINT SCREEN, then edit/trim your image in whatever photo editing program available on your computer, even PAINT.

If you have Photoshop, open the pdf in photoshop and save it any way you want it. If you don't have photoshop, I don't know how to do it. Hope that helps.
