Experts in the field, however, say there's no evidence that the Simon family has administered its foundation inappropriately.

At the risk of overstating the obvious, Democrats, particularly Davis, will not be deterred by the facts. The ads will most likely get worse as the election approaches and Simon's poll numbers remain strong. Davis will do (or say) anything out of desperation to malign Simon.
