I don't think the "average voter" gives a damn about the latest happenings.

I predict every poll taken after this news will show Simon at least 5% behind Davis. I will hate having to come back here to say, "I told you so."

That's never been high on the list of things I would do myself. I've have learned to let a lot of things go and accept things I didn;t particularly like. I find myself amidst a group of folks , some of whom, would imply Davi$ will win. He may win, .. It doesn't mean I have to like it, but frankly, I don't think most voters are currently that clued or tuned into the campaign and all this stuff we have seen so far.
