A victory check list from the LA Times. Now, I won't register to readt the Smell A Times, but I think I can figure out their check list.

-Advocate open the California boarder with Mexico and dedicated thousands in free education, health services and housing to the new immigrants so they will be able to compete in society.
-Call for sweeping new environmental regulations
-Demand an immedidate increase in teacher's salaries and that of all other state union employees.
-Call for an increase in taxes for the Rich to pay for it all.

Yup. I wouldn't pay heed to the political consultants who grace their op ed pages. None of them foresaw Bill Simon's victory coming in March and none of them foresee him defeating GrayDown in November.
