While Simon will need to increase the pro-Simon vote (as opposed to the anti-Davis vote), there is PLENTY of time to do that.
So don't count him down and out -- he's not. The campaign is being smart not to waste their money early on, which would jeopardize the last 2-3 weeks of the campaign.

Wore mine a few times already. We can't afford to lose this race.
Karl Rove's stooge Gerald Parsky is helping to scuttle Simon's campaign. Parsky is the anti-conservative who threw the state GOP's endorsement to Dick Riordan. If Simon wins it won't be with any help from GOP bigwigs.
The shame is that Simon won't touch the issue that would get the grassroots out to support him.
