That is a bit unfair. The LA Times put a gun to Bill Simon's head and made him do a business deal with a guy who got caught selling 500,000 pounds of marijuna? Then end up defrauding the guy? How exactly is that the LA Slimes fault?

I suppose it is the LA Times fault that Simon has done this weird two step with his tax returns as well. I am pissed... at Simon. Gray Davis is the most loathsome, slimey politician in a generation. He is Bill Clinton without charm, with even less ethics, and he is going to win because Simon has screwed this up so badly.

Simon has done this to himself. He doesn't need the LA Times for that.
