I saw this on Fox's ticker early yesterday, but I cannot find any articles talking about this. Was this somehow related to the Syria-North Korea train explosion?

Believe that's the bit I heard yesterday which indicated that the North Koreans were only interested in investigating the railcar from Syria. Speculation is that Syrai was shipping WMD to NK and was the cause of the blast.

Neal Boortz discussed this matter today on his radio program.

There were unmarked items taken off the train by soldiers in chemical gear suits. This was seen on satellite or video and reported in Japanese news rooms. Also, there was some report that Syria had shipped chemicals to North Korean and those items were on the trains, but I don't remember the sourcing.

Put 'train' in the search feature and search for title (date). The first 3 articles are about the Syria-NKorea train situation.

Syrian technicians accompanying unknown equipment were killed in the train explosion in North Korea on April 22, according to a report in a Japanese newspaper. A military specialist on Korean affairs revealed that the Syrian technicians were killed in the explosion in Ryongchon in the northwestern part of the country, according to the Sankei Shimbun. The specialist said the Syrians were accompanying "large equipment" and that the damage from the explosion was greatest in the portion of the train they occupied. The source said North Korean military personnel with protective suits responded to the scene soon after the explosion and...

A military source familiar with Korean Peninsula affairs revealed on 6 May that Syrian technicians were killed in a train explosion incident that occurred on 22 April in Yongch'on in the northwestern part of the DPRK and that the damage was especially serious in that section of the train where the Syrians were aboard, along with large equipment. The same source noted that although the contents of the equipment are unknown, DPRK military-related personnel wearing protective suits arrived on the scene immediately after the explosion and removed debris only from that section of the train where the Syrian group had...

If anyone recalls Tom Clancy's "Clear and Present Danger", there was a scene where the U.S. drops a laser guided "paper" bomb so as not to leave evidence of an aerial bombardment.

I may be overdosing on tinfoil, but this is just too weird to be a ANFO accident.

Does anyone remember the story in late April about the thwarted chemical attack on Amman Jordan? We haven't heard much about that. I wonder if it wasn't really what it looked like or something bigger that's being kept quiet.
