If I am not mistaken, Thornburgh was carvile's first victory. He used the health care phony issue against Thornburgh.

Worked under Reagan and Bush I.
What else do we know about this guy?
On the surface, it sounds like this is an attempt by CBS to prevent Federal charges or Congressional investigation.
