War president is also Mr. Nice Guy

The man is playing Richard Simmons one moment, Mister Rogers the next: The president of the United States surrounding himself with the friendliest crowd possible and dispensing urgent advice about the importance of daily exercise.

The number of positive Bush articles is curiously on the rise. It may have something to do with newspaper subscriptions being on the decline. Leg bone connected to the hip bone after all?

Would abstracting (versus excerpting) be allowed? For example, for this article in Chicago Tribune:
The article [link to the original text: xxxxx] claims that the President possesses highly developed skills in connecting with friendly audiences and further claims the demonstration of these skills as the reason for his multiple appearances in Republican party events.
