Tomorrow I and my wife will vote for George W. Bush. Tonight, I heard on the radio that an Army soldier was killed in an ambush in southeast Afghanistan. My son is stationed in southeast Afghanistan. I checked Fox news and they have an article about a US soldier killed and two wounded in a patrol near Orgun. My son is on a patrol near Orgun. I do not care if it is him, tomorrow we will still vote for Bush. God bless America and God bless President Bush.
I have not told my wife. She is worried enough that Kerry might win. She does not need this additional worry.
My heartfelt prayer that he is safe.
Prayers for you and your family, and gratitude for your son's efforts on our behalf. I pray that you hear from your son, alive and well, tonight, and then you can go to the polls with a peaceful heart. God bless you and your family.
May God bless you, your wife and your son and keep him from harm.
Prayers for you and your family, and for your son to be safe. Let's hope it was a false hope and that nobody was killed.
As a relatively new parent (3 and 1 year old boys), I cannot fathom what you are going through.
I pray your son and all our troops are safe.
I cannot thank your son enough for keeping my boys safe.
I cannot thank you enough for your son.
I can't tell you how I admire and respect you and your family. I don't know if the good Lord listens to prayers from sinners such as I am, but I'm on my knees.
everything is going to be just fine.
My prayers are with you -- YOU'RE A GREAT AMERICAN!!!
Prayers for your son, your family, and the soldiers you heard of in that report.
Prayers for your family.
You mean "false report". Amen, or at least that nobody US was killed in the incident.
God be with you, and God be with America. My children will always be reminded of the sacrifices of our servicemen and women.
May G-d strengthen you and your family. I hope he is okay.
I pray your son and all the other men and women in uniform are safe. God bless and keep all of you.
If any of our brethern, members of the house of Israel,
find themselves in trouble or in captivity,
whether they are at sea or on dry land,
may G-D take pity on them and deliver them
from their trouble to well-being,
from darkness to light,
from captivity to freedom,
now-swiftly-soon!
The Lord is my shepherd,
I shall not want;
He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters;
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for His name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil;
for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life;
and I shall dwell in the house of the
Lord forever.

The prayers of my family go out to you and your wife tonight. May your mind be put at ease while you wait to hear from your son.
God Bless....my buddy is an Army surgeon in Afghanistan. I know any wounded soldier will get THE BEST medical attention there because my friend is one of the best.
