I voted. Longest line I've EVER endured...over 1 hour wait at 9:30 a.m. Just had to listen to some idiotic seniors carping about the "electoral vote" and how much better popular voting would be. :) Too Bad!

I voted this morning at 7:15 am. The wait was only 5 minutes or so. I've heard from people at work though that the lines are getting VERY long! Glad I went early.

NO lines at Johnson County polling place at 10:15, simple to use touch screen voting machines, polite poll workers.

At least 250 people had voted in Kechi before my husband and I voted around 9:30 this a.m. The poll worker said this was unprecedented. We're doin our part

We arrived at voting place today at 6:05 AM, and had to wait 45 minutes to vote. I've never had to wait anywhere near this long to vote before, so voter turnout is likely very high throughout the state.

I expect a crushing victory for Bush here in Kansas, even by our RED state standards.

Voted two weeks ago in Olathe at the JOCO board of Election Commissioners office, there were over 150 people inline that day and and I was in and out in 15 mins. That day over 1000 people had voted. So early voting does work.
Sad thing was they never asked for ID. I hope we can get that changed and made into law.

The wife and I are always the first ones in line to vote. This morning, when they opened the doors, where usually there are maybe 6 to 8 people waiting, there were probably 25 to 30 people in line.

This is in Wyandotte County.

Voted in South Johnson county around 10 AM. No line, took about 5 minutes. Joke's on all those who stood in line for hours for pre-voting.

I was in line at 6:45. They opened the polls just a little early and it took me about 5 minutes to complete the ballot and I was out of there. There were a lot of early voters, but the polling place was not overwhelmed and everything went pretty fast.

Johnson County (Olathe) got there at 6:40 and there was already a long line and it took me an hour to go through and vote. When I left the line was about one third longer than when I got there!
