Kuwaiti 'slit daughter's throat'
A Kuwaiti man has reportedly confessed to killing his 14-year-old daughter because he believed she was having sex. Adnan Enezi - an employee in the Islamic Affairs ministry - had just returned from the pilgrimage to Mecca.
He allegedly bound and blindfolded his daughter, Haifa, knelt her down in front of her two brothers and sister and then cut her throat.
Forensic tests showed Haifa was still a virgin, police sources said. Mr Enezi is being questioned about the case.

As has been said on this post, the only fater's that might do this are JEALOUS fathers, so they're pretty sick to begin with.
Of course some American fathers might react like this, most of the ones I know would put a hurtin' on the GUY that did it, if he felt his daughter was too young (14??!!); after 18, most dads would dislike it, but deal with it, except in certain religions and cultures.
This must be very confounding for Liberals. On one hand, Liberals love pre-marital sex, adultery, and all other manner of immorality, but on the other hand, Liberals also love Islam. Liberal cognitive dissonance is thick on this one.
That's actually an African thing, not a Muslim thing. It's associated with Islam since most of the areas practicing it converted to Islam, but kept their old rituals with them. It's sort of like how the pagan kissing under the misletoe is done by many Christians today around Christmas, although with (hopefully) less painful consequences.
I've always thought so. Looking at it from a religious morality rules point of view, American Christian conservatives should get along far better with Muslims that American liberals. Two of their biggest agendas, abortion and pro-gay, are anathema to Islam.
It is practiced in India as well along with arranged marriages!

So how many Americans have you seen kill one of their children in front of the other children, simply because they "suspected" the child of certain behavior? I don't know of any. I do know of child killers, but usually the parents didn't think they had the right to kill them and tried to hide it from the authorities. In Islam they kill many, many, children and wives every year with impungnity, most are not convicted. Here, we convict child killers when they are caught and we don't condone it. There is the big difference. If you think it is the same go like in a muslim country, and if you are a woman be secure in the thought that any male can kill you legally for an "honor" crime.
