I don't think that's a very good idea. If this country has a bad case of the liberals now, wait until Mexico stuffs Congress with a few dozen of their crooked politicians.
Don't look now, but I think that has already happened in California.
If you want to know how this would work at the federal level, all you have to do is look at Sacramento here in California. Much if not most of the mess (budgetary and otherwise) we have in this state can be attributed to the number of Latino politicians that have wormed their way into the state legislature. This reality is one of the big reasons Arnold has a real problem getting anything done because these liberal Latinos (and they are all liberal) continue to oppose anything that will result in less pork for them and their clueless followers. This will change only when (and if) districts have been redrawn to eliminate the safe ratholes in which they have managed to insulate themselves.
