Now if Mexico wants to be annexed as a new American state, we can talk. No way. There will be no talking about that. Mexico has never managed to have anything but a corrupt oligarchy/plutocracy as a government. If they got hold of the American taxpayers monies (any more than they already are through their illegal alien industry) then we would be sucked dry within a year.
