I appreciate the information about autopsies especially in relation to bodies to be cremated, BUT

you do realize that this judge and everyone else that has had anything to do with this case, DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW OR RULES--

What do you want to bet that there will be NO autopsy, and if the parents file papers to make sure their is one, the judge will deny the request?

I am with you, but I am very angry as the dormant majority the Christian conservative movement is wasting ALL of its energy on this one single subject. I would love for us to get excited about other issues. Please read my post #199

Sorry, to you, and to all.

My daughter just called to tell me she heard it on FOX and was disappointed when it wasn't true. It's FOX who should be sorry.

This is one reason they picked the Holy week to do this murder, so the entire World can see that they don't care about the God of Good

Yeah, I'm sure they sat around and discussed it at length, and finally decided that Easter week was the best time so they could send a message. Do you really believe that, or are you kidding? I hope it's the latter, because if not...

He'll put on some alligator tears and say how he is only fulfilling her wishes (which he only remembered 7 years after her injury, and after collecting the huge med mal judgment).

By now, he has probably convinced himself that this is what she wanted. The human mind is capable of all sorts of things.

As if fulfilling her non-existent wish in a non-sentient would justify torturing her family, who know that she is "still there".

A monster, one of the millions that populate this planet.

As I understand the MRI could be performed if the electrodes were removed.

Sure, with brain surgery. In her state, do you honestly think her body could withstand it? Odds are pretty damned good that the shock would kill her... I mean, come on...

"Why would he call a press conference? (Not asking you, just wondering aloud). He won. There is no need to face the press.
Has the family seen her this am? Could she be dead and cremated?"

Maybe he's announcing his book and movie deals.

The diagnosis of PVS is critical to disconnecting the feeding tube. She had a CT Scan, but for the most part, the diagnosis were made by observation.

A PET Scan is considered the Gold Standard and that is why one was never done.

Wonder who her attending physican is?

There were going to kill her anyway.

No one should be put to death by starvation based on a test done 9 years ago, when better tests are available now.

It is clear as day they don't want to know her current mental state (and indeed forbid any new tests), this was outcome driven from the beginning.

No, after Terri dies some nut is going to go after Shiavo and/or Greer... I guarantee they will try, and anyone who gets in their wasy, deliberately or not, will be a legitimate target.
I know it, you know it, and so does everyone else. There are just enough mental cases out there to make it almost a guaranteed certainty.

Chad, your schtick got old a long time ago. It's clear you're getting your rocks off at the expense of people who have the sense and decency to be sickened at what's happening to Terri. But now it's time to pick up your crayons and run along home.

You said:
We are born into this world free, and subject to the limitations of nature. The Almighty does not manipulate the cosmos on a series of strings. If he did, life would be completely pointless.

Oh, my, I certainly agree with you.

What did I say that made you think otherwise?

God changes men's hearts; not natural laws.

You might enjoy this post from the other day

Here is how a typical liberal argument, that Terri should die, runs
Blah ...non sequitur....blah blah...non sequitur...
other totally unrelated issue...non sequitur..blah ...blah.

think twice about that - if you think judges are bad now just put Hillary in charge and see what happens -

Hopefully, no innocents will be harmed in the aftermath of this.

I think that is why Gov. Bush didn't go in, there could have been bloodshed.

He should have gone in without having a press conference in advance, which allowed Greer to issue his unlawful restraining order on the executive branch regardinging enforcement of the removal law.
