Maybe the question, in order to be relevent to what I posted, would be better phrased "If you knew that a murder was taking place on your street or in your town at a particular place would you make sure you stopped by while it was going on, and you didn't get there in time to stop it, would you blow up the murderer's house and kill everyone in it?"
