Greer totally ingnored the de novo review that Congress intended so why wasn't he found to be in contempt of Congress? As usual, Congress is willing to allow the judiciary to run all over it.

He is in contempt of Congress. Unfortunately they are all on spring break, and from what I understand they'd have to come on back to DC in order to actually "get him" on it, and that will take too much time.

It's almost as if MS, Felos, Greer had all this planned to the minute!

Your facts are wrong. The de novo review was for the U.S. District Court. That would be U.S. District Judge James D. Whittemore.
