Performance is horrible! I should have specified that the copies were network copies. Small files-- long time.
Vista suffers the same as XP when it comes to robustness after being on power-saver mode-- waking it up to do useful work (in a timely manner) is next to impossible.
Yeah, the networking stack on Vista at this point is definitely screwed up. But they'll either fix their new scheme or go back to the one used in XP, because no one would ever accept the way it is now. Remember that it's till over a year away from release.
