I don't think they know the meaning of *happy*. Taking pleasure in other people's misery and intentionally inflicting more pain on them is not a sign of a happy person. Some day someone is going to crack and do those people in and they'll have it coming.
And I'll contribute lots of money to the legal defense fund of whoever does it.
