Given the ages of the kids,there's no reason why they should get special treatment by the INS.If they weren't entitled to US residency/citizenship before the accident,they shoudn't get it now.

These kids will be rich (by *anyone's standards,not just Central American standards) at some point down the road.*That* they're entitled to,IMO.Nothing more.
