I seriously doubt any of the blacks supporting Mike Vick's right to due process would be there if he were of another race.
I'm sometimes disappointed how people in this country (and blacks usually more so) can turn anything into a racial issue. This really should have nothing to do with race.

No, they haven't. None of them is a judge or on a jury, so they have no power to convict anyone, no matter what they think he's done.
The Constitution binds the government to due process of law, not individuals. As long as no private citizen commits assault or another crime against Mr. Vick, he's perfectly within his rights to consider Mr. Vick guilty.
These two lines stood out....

Did anyone watch Geraldo on O’Reilly last night? He said something about “getting the White guys in the South who watch hogs fight pit bulls.” Anyone have the direct quote, I didn’t see or hear it.

This guy Smith either doesn’t know the history of this case, or is a complete idiot.
Michael Vick had an opportunity to defend himself from day one.
He was asked by the local PD if he knew anything about this. He lied and said NO.
He was asked by the league the same. He lied and said NO.
Owner of the Falcons asked the same, he Lied and said NO.
He lied about owning a dog kennel. He lied about owning pit bulls.
He even lied about selling the house, folks. Over a month ago he said he sold it. There is no record of a title transfer as of this morning in that jurisdiction, no bill of sale, no buyer listed anywhere.
He had time to defend himself, under the laws as they exist in our Constitution.
He REFUSED. He OBSTRUCTED a local AND Federal investigation at every step, every turn.
So far, he’s guilty of everything I’ve written in this post.
And I have yet to say a thing about the dogs, the cruelty, and the applicable statuetes related to interstate crime, criminal conspiracy, tax evasion, health violations, etc etc etc.
This isn’t about race. Its about rank stupidity by a sociopath.
