Tell that to Nixon.

Of course, he was a Republican.

Hopefully this little twit will roll over to save his ass.

So what is the “son of Democrat leglislator accused of a felony” count for today? I’ve lost track.

I wish someone would put together a list of the dems who have been either under investigation, or who have been indicted. William Jefferson (D-LA), Jack Murtha (D-PA), Bill Clinton (D-Ark.) and POTUS, Harry Reid (D-NV)...

Another list of dems maligning America on foreign soil, and aligning themselves with the enemy like Kerry, Gore, Clinton...

Another interesting list would be a kist of perverted dems like Slick Clinton, Studds, and Frank (queers and rapists).

Is this the kid who potentially hacked her e-mail? Or is it just a pic you found on the internet? You didn’t include a link or any other info.

If these male politicians would stay home and raise their kids none of this would happen.

I haven't heard anyone say they have an email by Palin dealing with government business, and I don't expect any to show up. This is what democrats and their press do. They continue to make false claims and they become accepted as truth.

Whether or not the emails included some government business is completely irrelevant to the nature of the criminal conduct. The law on intercepting and transmitting someone else's emails is very very clear.

US CODE 18 § 2511. Interception and disclosure of wire, oral, or electronic communications prohibited

(1) any person who—

(a) intentionally intercepts, endeavors to intercept, or procures any other person to intercept or endeavor to intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communication...

(c) intentionally discloses, or endeavors to disclose, to any other person the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained through the interception of a wire, oral, or electronic communication in violation of this subsection;

(d) intentionally uses, or endeavors to use, the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained through the interception of a wire, oral, or electronic communication in violation of this subsection; or

..... shall be punished as provided in subsection (4) [fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both] or shall be subject to suit as provided in subsection (5).

In addtion, of coure there is the identity theft stuff, etc.

I see an opportunity with “hacker-gate” or whatever we are calling it. I took a day off from volunteering to get some stuff done. I talked to clerks at the drug store, the grocery store and a bunch of people in the dog park opening with “Isn’t it awful about Sarah Palin’s private email getting hacked?” Not one person knew what I was talking about which gave me the opportunity to spin it the right way...as opposed to what the MSM is doing.

A side benefit to this approach may be that an obot will overhear one of your conversations and attempt to “get in your face” as per their marching orders. I so hope one pulls that on me in a public setting with the maximum number of people in earshot.

I think the laws are much clearer in this case, IMHO...

Troubled teen screws up on his own.

Normally I would agree with you, but he is 20 years old and could do serious federal time. Hopefully he will roll over and expose the mastermind. Of course it's always possible he really did it on his own.

Well, I was looking at it from the political POV. Legally, I guess they’ll make him out to be mentally unfit.

I hadn’t thought of that, but you are probably right. He’ll wind up going to rehab rather than federal court.
