A reknowned spammer just hit FR, he is probably from Senegal, and has been one of those "A rich uncle has to get $10 million out of senegal, if you give me $10k i can split the money with you" scammers.
That came a little too late. I just sent my cash to a Kenyan with the same scam. Well, the Kenyan threatened to send me to jail if I didn't send it and a pile of paperwork in with a smile.
