....ETC thru "Z"! I think we get the picture.
Any GOP candidate should prepare a list like this an just start rattling off these potential cuts until the moderator begs them to stop.
As uninformed as Meghan McCain is, it would seem she is only Republican because of her father. The perfect guest for LAME(Liberal Activist Media Establishment)
Another thing that my lib friend complains about is insurance companies. No one mentions that they are HMOs - which are the result of DC getting involved in the 70s.
Thought Wallace was a jerk and wouldn’t let her answer. She was giving excellent answers and he wanted her to say she was going to starve Grandma. It was pure DC pukefest.
She was right, you have to get to waste and corruption in all areas including Medicare and Medicade/SSI but that will be a commercial of Grandma losing her SSI. He knew that.
Pray for America
:-)
that is what I thought also
Democrats thought making private sector jobs was easy, but even with the Bush tax cuts, it still is not even near what Democrats promised from their Stimulus bill.(Clue for Clueless)
For Fox all I can say for the 10th time is this...Chris Wallace is not up to the job, he is an obnoxious unintelligent uninformed guy and should be replaced ASAP. The guy is a POS...pardon my french.
Yep, Britt and Bill were very good as usual, but Cris has to go!!!
Yes I turned in to ABC and almost had a stroke! Meagan McCain is a Whore, yes it`s finally appropriate to use the W word, it fits here nicely.
I hope every member of that panel comes to a bad end, thinking bus/concrete or something. No I am not a fan of George Will, if he had any good in him, he would have walked off the show.
ABC This Week has sunk to a new low that even Stephanopolis never reached. George Will should just say, I can no longer be part of that joke of a program another moment.
George Will is and has been a joke for a very long time, so I do not see that happening.
It was a total embarrassment.
The problem is that entitlements plus the debt servicing costs on the national debt are more than 50% of the budget. And that percentage will grow as America ages. By 2030 one in five Americans will be 65 or older, twice what it is now. We can never get the budget under control without reforming entitlements.
All I needed to know and feel shame free while I watch the NFL Network instead.
I don’t hink Levin is jealous. I think Levin takes meaningful and substantial difference with Beck as a guy who audaciously titled his book Common Sense, as if he is some sort of peer (or intellectual descendant-) of Thomas Paine.
Beck also mixes religious activism into his politics and a lot of emotionalism in a way that can be legitimately questioned and that paleocons might not be comfortable with.
I’m not opposed to Beck but I appreciate the problems Levin has with Beck’s approach to things. There are tactics, message and belief disparities separating a guy like Beck, who comes out of the vapor, from a guy like Levin who dates all the way back to the Reagan write-in campaign of 76. Such “disputes” are legitimate. I happen to think there is a place for both but for us oldsters Beck is a lot like kale—an acquired taste and some might never acquire it.
And, frankly, Beck’s intense emotionalism makes him a little bit untrustworthy—we’ve seen people of his personality type renounce conservatism and jump to the Left in the past.
Gregory is now trying to smear the Tea Party movement and link Buck to it. This program is all about smearing the Tea Party movment and so called Tea Party candidates like Buck, Angle, and Rand Paul.
Fraud could be huge, I hope our side is on top of it.
Fox is just MSM. They only claim otherwise. Their radio news is just as Democrat smooching as the rest. I turn it off as fast as ABC when listening to talk radio.
Pray for America
True, but his blame the GOP/TEA Party/GW for all ills wears thin after a while.
“I am taping Face the Nation”
You’ll like the exchange between Liz Cheney and Howard Dean.
Understood, and there is an answer to that issue, which could be given after backing down a snarky adversarial moderator (like Wallace) with the endless list of holes in the federal budget bucket.
Gregory is now trying to smear the Tea Party movement and link Buck to it. This program is all about smearing the Tea Party movment and so called Tea Party candidates like Buck, Angle, and Rand Paul.
What’s that rule of thumb in a ‘wave election’, that 70% go to the gaining party? 70% of 90 would of course be 63 seats.
