You may have thought the authenticity of President Obama’s birth certificate was confirmed once and for all in April. Perhaps you never questioned it. But for America’s first African-American president, incongruous questions and doubts about his citizenship, fostered by fiercely partisan politics and a hungry media culture, are still being raised.

In response to numerous lawsuits and rampant speculation, Obama released his detailed Hawaiian certificate of live birth in April. Dr. Chiyome Fukino, former director of the Hawaii Department of Health, told CNN she had “no doubt” that Obama was born on the island state.

Before that, Obama’s campaign released a standard birth record and newspaper announcements of his birth, the Post reported.

Fraud is illegal. It needs to be investigated and the results of that investigation publicly revealed, followed by prosecution and punishment.

IF there are no consequences, very BAD consequences, why wouldn't it happen again? Getting away with it is it's own reward and very reaffirming.

Yes, he was sworn in because after the State of Hawaii refused to confirm his eligibility Nancy Pelosi took it upon herself to confirm it for them with her signature when it was known that Obama would indeed be the democratic nominee.

Hawaii had no documents to satisfy his eligibilty.

Actually none of those questions bother me.

1. He was listed as “African” not “African-American.” I can imagine BHO gave Stanley Ann the impression that as a genuine African, he was far superior to American blacks. Not every low-level bureaucrat filling out a form is a stickler for some supposed set of limiting terms if the mother gave his race as African.

2. People have found other examples of the use of “Kenya” from that period and posted them on FR if you go back and check the threads.

3. The Nordyke birth certifcate the same week used the same name for the hospital.

While those do not trouble me, what DOES trouble me is the kerning and use of different typefaces on the purported hospital birth certificate, which is an indisputable mark of forgery.

What also troubles me is Stanley Ann in Seattle, Washington in August 1961 with a newborn baby the same month as he was supposedly born in Hawaii.

And what troubles me further is that BHO Sr. filled out an immigration form on August 31, 1961 and did not list little Barky among his children on that form, even though he had supposedly been born earlier that month in Hawaii. One wonders whether BHO Sr. had even heard the news of a baby by the end of August.

What could a county sheriff do? If Sheriff Joe and his posse determine the Obama BC is a forgery, then that information will be passed to the Arizona Secretary of State.

Fraud is a crime, and the Secretary of State is not responsible for investigating and prosecuting crimes, that falls to the responsibility of sheriffs and district attorneys.

You don’t even understand what a conspiracy is.

If a RINO governor in a one-party dominated state does not view it as politically expedient to seriously look into a matter that would put her at adds with a president who is popular in her state, that does not make her part of a “conspiracy.” It makes her politically expedient and a coward.

To pull off substituting a phony birth certificate into the books, it would only take a handful of people at the bureaucracy involved. Other people in and outside the agency might suspect there was funny business involved, but that does not make them conspirators by deciding it is better for them to mind their own business.

Unless you have knowledge of some kind of legal precedent (which I’m assuming you don’t, since this has never been adjudicated,) we’re all guessing.
As for Obama, his mother was American at the time of his birth. So he was actually born an American citizen(as long as she did the paperwork in the allowed time frame.)
In short, no court has had to rule on ‘Natural Born’. I know that from time to time FR posts that extra ‘born on US soil, from 2 parents who were American citizens at the time of his birth.’ But that just sounds improbable.
And FWIW, I do think that there is something wrong, and that his ‘birth certificate’ is a photoshop creation.

IMHO...

It’s import to remember that the 2012 election is not a last stand. Even if the idiot is elected again, which is very unlikely, and even if the Repubs do not wind up with 60 seats in the Senate, there are limits to the idiocy that the idiot can instigate. Admittedly - as we can see now - those limits are far off and there are many crazy and terrible things that a government run amok can do.

But when it comes down to the fundamentals of our free society, there are over 100 million homes in America, almost 70 million of them are single-family detached homes. While a small percentage are mortgaged and in default, most of them are not. Therefore, there are quite a few homeowners out there. There are also millions of small business owners and millions of people who own investment properties. That’s a lot of private property which belongs to a lot of people who have every interest in keeping what they’ve got. Not to mention all the young people that one day will own property, have a job and live a decent life if they help to keep things going.

The p@@p for brains liberal intelligentsia are great at fake climate calculations, but no so much at simple arithmetic, which dictates that a people who have been free for a few generations and are then backed in a corner by someone trying to take their freedom will one way or the other reject any effort to be shackled.

Actually under US law at the time, Obama would NOT have been born a US citizen even if his mother was a US citizen if he was born outside the United States. Hence, the importance of the genuineness of the purported Hawaiian birth certificate.

Ok, This is news to me.

(I have no legal education, just personal experience. I actually gave birth outside the US, and my kids were US citizens...The rule was: as long as I had lived 14 out of my first 19 years in the US, and as long as I did the paperwork before their 2nd birthday...)

They got a C.L.B. And then... coincidence of coincidences, we moved back to the US, to CT, and the kids got SS# from CT!
Why is Obama’s SS# from CT?

So you know that in 1961 if an American gave birth overseas her child was NOT American? What would that hypothetical person have had to do to become American?
