On Wednesday, Dec. 7, the Republican Jewish Coalition will host a presidential-candidates forum featuring Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, and Rick Santorum. Not invited is the GOP candidate currently polling around third in New Hampshire and second in Iowa: Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas). The explanation:
Paul was not invited to attend the RJC's candidates forum because the organization - as it has stated numerous times in the past - "rejects his misguided and extreme views," said [RJC Executive Director Matt] Brooks.
"He's just so far outside of the mainstream of the Republican party and this organization," Brooks said. Inviting Paul to attend would be "like inviting Barack Obama to speak."

Then too, maybe they just didn’t want more candidates than there are members of their Republican coalition.
...Retaliate? If Israel gets nuked, its OVER.
...Do you really believe the Israels will allow that? Or even this disfunctional administration, unless that's what BHO wants? We've cow towed to a police action peace keeping agenda for too fookin long! We have the weapons, seems sometimes screw collateral damage, wipe them all off the planet!
In short, anyone who believes in such a philosophy is dangerously stupid... you want to want(wait) until AFTER millions of innocent men, women and children are turned to dust before you do something about Irans nuclear program.
...OK, we're worried about collateral damage, like we've ever worried about that in war, who sorts that out? I'M ALL EARS...
LOL. “The Log Cabin Republicans” probably boast more members.
BTW - If your screenname is still relevant, we’re in the same area.
The CIA?
I like seeing ron Paul at the debates but he is fairly anti-Semitic. I am a little torn, but if it were up to me I’d have him debate just to expose his Israel and middle east views. For the sake of freedom of speech.
I think your quote above is a little disingenuous; most likely slanderous. Please show a source or transcript that shows what he really said if you're going to make these types of accusations.
Sure. Obama’s CIA.
The Kenyan CIA.
The CIA blowback report came out long before Obama was even a twinkle in his handlers’ eyes. Try again.
There are plenty of Clintonoids in the CIA.
You know that.
Try again.
He is opposed to supporting Israel, but he also opposes supporting South Korea, Taiwan, or Japan. However, no one accuses him of being anti-Asian. His foreign policy views are unrealistic in the current world, and he is too trusting of unrestrained international trade. You cannot turn Iran into a peaceful nation by trading with them any more than you could with the Soviet Union. However, I fail to see any justification for the canard that Paul is anti-Semitic.
Here are just a few statements.
As a side note slanders must have some monetary damages, and since there are so many paulbots it would never happen.

The Texas congressman says fears about Irans nuclear program have been blown out of proportion.

The Texas congressman also warned against any military strike against Iran, saying, “Iran doesn’t have a bomb. There’s no proof And for us to overreact and to talk about bombing Iran, that’s much more dangerous.”

Okay, we’re gonna have a debate... Oh what’s this, you don’t share my point of view (even though you’re third in the polls)? No, no, no... we don’t have those kind of debates.
Makes no sense. Views need to be aired and judged.
Next up, a debate on evolution. Oh, only Darwinians need to apply!
Sure, it’s a private organization so they can limit the discussion to turkey recipes... but these Jews are not only doing themselves and the Republicans a disservice, they’re insulting the fine sport of politics, which is not a festival of the likeminded, no matter how hard one tries.
I think RP adds much to the economic debate. His foreign policy is severely unrealistic, but I’m not sure it’s antisemitic. I’m not getting the logic here...
We still have some WMD's to find in Iraq, don't we?
WMDS had nothing to do about our conversation. I provided what you asked for and you have change the criteria, not surprising.
However, since you are misinformed about Ron Paul you might be pleased to know you are also misinformed about WMDs.

Your defenses of Paul simply don’t wash - this is a guy who endorsed and aggressively campaigned for a Code Pink activist candidate who was well known for having gone overseas to military bases and encouraged troops to abandon their posts and desert into foreign countries for assylum, disrupted the 2008 GOP Convention during McCain’s acceptance speech, openly endorsed physical attacks on President Bush after the shoe throwing incident, known for being a 9/11 truth activist, etc.
Ron Paul is allied with Code Pink and Hamas.
This is enough to show he is Extreme.
Only one commissioned officer upheld his sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, by questioning Obama's Constitutional eligibility as commander-in-chief.
It's not "our" military anymore, it's Obama's.
If youd like to be on or off, please FR mail me.
