Your video speakers are basically talking about cloud seeding with either dry ice or silver iodide, usually to produce snow or rain, or lessen chances of lightning or hail.
The planes producing “chemtrails” above my house are big commercial or private jets either entering or leaving Hartsfield or other Atlanta airports’ airspace. They are not sowing silver iodide or (dread chemical warning) dry ice. They are condensing water vapor in the atmospheric conditions they encounter.
These H2O vapor contrails persist without being “chemtrails”. It’s fun watching them.
I’m sure that sowing a cloud with dry ice is among the worst things anyone can do. After all, I’ve heard such horrible things about carbon dioxide and its effect on (can’t remember - is it global warming or global cooling?).
Whoops: is that really carbon dioxide I’m breathing out?
Evidently, the effect of silver iodide in areas where it may be used is such that sowed areas can’t be distinguished above the natural background levels.
So my opinion is that most of what one hears about deadly “chemtrails” is bunko.
